Holistically Inspired provides a series of different contact forms on holistically-inspired.org for differing purposes.

These contact forms differ from email opt-in forms in that they are intended for direct communication between two individuals or companies. They should never connected to our or to any other CRM. Information provided by Visitors to these forms are typically viewed by only an independent instructor, practitioner, OR an administrator at yoganook-maine.com, and the form fields included do not require any more information be supplied than what is necessary to respond in a prepared and informed manner.
